I mean, why are we to help these guys? I am a former (soldier of 12 years) and as a sex offender (minor) and must register.
Why does not the idea with Muslim or Middle East have to register? Imagine, a national security measure.
It is not registered as a punishment for sex offenders after they have paid for their crimes. Why not terrorists (or suspected terrorists)?
It is not like WW-2 and the Japanese in concentration camps. Are they in a directory is everything. It's nothing personal (well, after the Supreme Court) in relation to the statement of objections. For security reasons.

Absolutely not. The list of sex offenders means that one has committed a crime. Has a record that only someone who can not be compared by a member of the religion apples to apples, last thing I checked, no crime to be Muslim. Also going against the First and Fourteenth Amendments because they violate the freedom of religion and presenting to a group of people to unequal treatment, who have not committed a crime or something illegal.
Her case is not comparing apples with apples, because they have been convicted or guilty or no competition in a crime.
As for the Japanese concentration camps, the United States was wrong and stopped the payment of reparations in 1988, because of it.
